In an organized rally in White Plaza on Friday afternoon, some Stanford students joined the protestors in Egypt calling for democratic change. The demonstrators at Stanford echoed demands for Hosni Mubarak, the autocrat who has ruled Egypt for the last 30 years, to relinquish his post. Omar Shakir, B.A. '07, J.D.
