The Stanford Daily board of directors is set to meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Lorry I. Lokey Stanford Daily building. The meeting, except closed session, is open to the public.

The board is set to discuss the recommendation of a new board member to fill the vacant journalism director position; the company’s printing contract; August and September financials; and the FY11 budget. Chief Operating Officer Mary Liz McCurdy ’09, Vice President of Sales Claire Slattery ’09 and Editor in Chief Elizabeth Titus ’11 will deliver reports.

The board’s regular meetings are in October, November, January, February, April, May and June.
